Selling your house can be very stressful. finding the right person to sell your home in the time frame you seek and the price you desire can be difficult. I get it. I make it easier. I am there for you every step of the way, but here is a little taste of how the process works and what you can expect along this now stress-free journey:

 

first step: choose your real estate professional (that's me!)

second step: i get to work (finding comps to price your home right!)

third step: we collaborate (price, timing, detail, etc.)

fourth step: prep time (even the most beautiful houses require small tweaks before it goes live)

fifth step: smile (it's picture time!)

sixth step: special announcements (your house coming on the market is an event, i make sure of it) 

seventh step: open house (your home needs to sell, it needs to be available to be viewed)

eighth step: offers pour in (take a breath, we'll go over them together)

ninth step: wheel and deal (negotiation time)

tenth step: under contract (Yay!) 

eleventh step: inspections and repairs (more negotiations, but we're almost there)

twelfth step: closing time (we got there! can be bittersweet, but new memories await...)
